Terms & Conditions
- You must gain express permission from the referred candidate to pass their information to Norfolk Capsey, prior to sending us their contact information.
- The referral must be a new candidate to our database, or an existing candidate who has not been contacted by Norfolk Capsey in the previous 12 months.
- Refer fees will be paid once the candidate has completed 12 weeks in position.

We only recruit for fixed-term contract and permanent roles.

We can provide a copy of our terms & conditions including fee breakdown upon request. It is only upon placement of a candidate that a fee is owed to us.
