Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to join the global business development team of a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai.
Supporting a specialist finance practice, you'll work closely with partners and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver strategic business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships and enhance the practice's market profile. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to high-profile international work and the opportunity to make a real commercial impact.
Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of business development plans and strategic growth initiatives.
• Contribute to major pitches, proposals and capability statements.
• Coordinate client events, seminars, sponsorships and profile-raising activities.
• Assist with legal directory submissions, thought leadership and marketing campaigns.
• Use market intelligence and client insight to identify business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and international teams to support client development programmes and cross-border initiatives.
Job Requirements
• Previous business development experience within a legal or wider professional services environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in finance-related practice areas.
• Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and working across international teams.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with exceptional attention to detail.
