Job Description
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead and execute the Germany business development strategy, driving sustained revenue growth and strengthening market position across the EME region. This is a senior, strategic role acting as the key commercial partner to the Germany leadership team.
Responsibilities
• Own and deliver the end-to-end business development strategy for Germany.
• Advise partners on growth priorities, client development, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead high-value pitches and proposals, shaping compelling client-focused value propositions.
• Identify cross-selling and cross-border opportunities to expand revenue.
• Translate market and competitor intelligence into actionable growth strategies.
• Provide strategic oversight of Germany marketing activities and mentor the local Marketing Executive.
• Track KPIs and report on ROI and performance impact.
