A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support a highly regarded Competition, Regulatory & International Trade practice across Brussels and the wider EMEA region.

Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the profile of the practice across key sectors including Technology, AI, Life Sciences, Energy, Consumer, Defence and Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering strategic business development plans.

• Leading pitches, proposals and panel tenders.

• Identifying cross-selling and client growth opportunities across offices and practice areas.

• Managing legal directory and award submissions.

• Delivering thought leadership, marketing campaigns and profile-raising initiatives.

• Organising client events, webinars and conference programmes.

• Supporting key client relationship management and revenue growth activities.

Job Requirements

• Significant business development experience within legal, professional or consulting services.

• Strong track record in pitches, client development and strategic marketing.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable influencing senior professionals within a matrix environment.
