A global law firm is seeking an experienced business development and client growth professional to support its Financial Services sector strategy.
This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business development initiatives, strengthen key client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic pursuits across a global platform.
Responsibilities
• Supporting the delivery of sector and practice growth strategies.
• Managing strategic client development initiatives and account plans.
• Leading and supporting bids, pitches, proposals, and opportunity pursuits.
• Delivering thought leadership, profile-raising campaigns, and market-facing initiatives.
• Providing market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
Job Requirements
• Proven business development experience within legal, professional services, financial services, or a similar environment.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting strategic bids, pursuits, and growth initiatives.
• Commercially minded with excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
