We're partnering with a top-tier global law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager to support one of its highest-profile Real Estate practices. This is an opportunity to work closely with partners and senior stakeholders, driving strategic business development initiatives, strengthening key client relationships and helping to deliver ambitious growth plans across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities
You'll play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic pursuits, leading bids and pitches, developing thought leadership campaigns and supporting key client accounts. Working across a collaborative global BD function, you'll influence senior stakeholders while helping to shape market-facing initiatives that deliver measurable commercial impact.
Job Requirements
This role would suit an experienced Business Development professional from a legal or wider professional services environment who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, translating strategy into action and managing multiple high-profile projects. Real Estate sector experience would be advantageous, although not essential. Strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels are key.
