We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and innovation across the Corporate and Transactional practices in London and Europe. This is your chance to work at the heart of a major international law firm, partnering with senior leaders and shaping high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Be the go-to person for business development in the Corporate practice.
• Shape and deliver business plans, campaigns and client initiatives.
• Lead responses to pitches, RFPs and presentations.
• Create thought leadership content and raise the profile of the practice via marketing and PR.
• Plan and deliver events, sponsorships and webinars.
• Provide insights on clients, markets and trends to guide strategy.
• Keep marketing materials, bios and client lists fresh and relevant.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, marketing or communications within professional or corporate services.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.
• Confident communicator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel a plus).
