Bids Manager - 12 month FTC
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bids Manager to join a growing law firm. This role is ideal for a commercially minded bids professional who enjoys managing high-quality submissions in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead the end-to-end bid process, develop winning strategies, draft compelling content, coordinate presentations, and maintain bid best practice across the business.
Responsibilities
• Managing bids and tenders from initiation to submission
• Leading kick-off meetings and coordinating contributors
• Writing, editing and refining bid content
• Supporting presentations and stakeholder coaching
• Maintaining bid libraries, templates and CRM systems
• Conducting win/loss reviews and identifying improvements
Job Requirements
• 5+ years’ bid management experience
• Strong bid writing and project management skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
