Client Relationship Manager (Energy & Infrastructure)
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a top global law firm’s Energy & Infrastructure team. You’ll play a strategic, client-facing role, enhancing key relationships and supporting profitable growth.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of major Energy & Infrastructure clients, coordinating cross-practice delivery and relationship activity.
• Use data, industry insight and white-space analysis to identify new opportunities and support partners in winning high-value, complex work.
• Lead client account planning, track KPIs, support structured client feedback, and ensure follow-up actions are delivered.
• Champion CRM best practice and support the rollout and adoption of Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally, ensuring proactive, targeted client engagement.
Job Requirements
• Experience in client development, account management or BD within legal or professional services.
• Strong understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Skilled in relationship building, client-facing activity, and opportunity spotting.
• Confident with CRM tools, data, reporting and cross-selling strategies.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
