CRM Systems Manager (12 month FTC) - Bristol or Edinburgh
Job Description
We're seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join a leading professional services organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the ongoing development of an enterprise-wide InterAction CRM platform, enabling colleagues to make smarter, insight-led decisions and build stronger client relationships.
This is a highly visible role at the heart of a strategic CRM programme, supporting a wider digital transformation agenda. Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, IT, Data and senior stakeholders, you'll help shape how CRM supports business growth, client engagement and commercial success.
Using a combination of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and change leadership, you'll play a key role in embedding a culture where data is trusted, accessible and used to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Lead the optimisation and ongoing development of the InterAction CRM platform.
• Drive organisation-wide CRM adoption through training, support and user engagement.
• Partner with Marketing, IT and Data teams to improve reporting, insight and automation.
• Develop dashboards and data-driven solutions to support business decision-making.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance CRM capabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders and promote CRM best practice across the organisation.
Job Requirements
• Proven CRM management experience within a professional services environment.
• Experience with InterAction CRM (highly desirable).
• Strong technical expertise in CRM configuration, optimisation and reporting.
• Experience driving user adoption and managing change across diverse stakeholder groups.
• The ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to influence at all levels.
