Responsibilities
• Strategic Development: Design and deliver global marketing and BD strategies aligned with practice goals.
• Client Growth: Lead client development initiatives, including relationship management, cross-selling, and market opportunity tracking.
• Profile Raising: Oversee thought leadership campaigns, legal directory submissions, web content, and events to elevate the group’s visibility.
• Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders and global marketing teams to drive consistency and best practice across regions.
Job Requirements
• Experience in legal marketing or BD, ideally within contentious practice areas such as litigation, arbitration, or insolvency.
• Strong understanding of the international legal market and the nuances of cross-border practice.
• Commercially astute, highly organised, and confident working independently.
• Skilled in tools such as CRM systems (e.g. InterAction), mailing platforms (e.g. Vuture), and webinar tools (e.g. On24).
• Excellent communicator with strong project management capabilities.
