Pitching & Insights Manager - Bath, Bristol, Oxford
Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Pitching & Insights Manager to support growth through high-quality pitch development, business intelligence and client insight. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape BD strategy and contribute to client acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver compelling pitch documents and materials.
• Support financial reporting and revenue-focused BD initiatives.
• Track competitor activity and monitor key clients and prospects.
• Help scope new market opportunities and create BD strategies.
• Use client feedback insights to refine our approach.
• Support L&D initiatives to strengthen BD skills across the firm.
Job Requirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a law or professional services firm.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel desirable.
• Knowledge of Peppermint, ClickDimensions or InDesign is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Positive, proactive and a collaborative team player.
