Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to play a leading role in shaping and delivering growth within a high-profile Technology, Media & Entertainment (TME) sector. This is a senior, strategic position within a collaborative and forward-thinking professional services environment, offering high visibility and the opportunity to directly influence sector strategy and revenue growth.
You will take ownership of business development and client strategy for a priority sector, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive sustainable, profitable growth. This role combines strategic planning, client development, and leadership, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the business.
Responsibilities
• Designing and delivering a long-term business development and marketing strategy for the TME sector
• Developing and executing annual plans aligned to revenue and growth targets
• Using data and market insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
• Leading client development initiatives for key and high-potential accounts
• Driving cross-selling and collaboration across teams and international offices
• Overseeing strategic bids and pitches, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement
• Managing and mentoring a small team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
• Working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing and supporting their business development efforts
• Managing budgets and ensuring effective allocation of resources

You are a strategic and commercially minded business development professional with the confidence to operate at a senior level and influence key stakeholders.
You will bring:
• Significant experience in business development, ideally within professional services
• A proven track record of developing and delivering successful BD strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders
• Experience in client development and key account management
• A data-driven and analytical approach to driving commercial outcomes
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Previous experience managing or mentoring team members
• An interest in or exposure to the Technology, Media & Entertainment sector (desirable)
