Senior Client Programme Manager - Bristol or Edinburgh
Job Description
A leading law firm is looking for a Senior Client Programmes Manager to drive strategic client initiatives and support growth across key accounts.
You’ll lead three core workstreams: Key Account Management (KAM), Client Feedback, and Client Experience (CX). Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll manage key client relationships, deliver client development plans, and embed best practice across the business.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of key clients and deliver strategic account plans
• Lead the firm’s KAM programme, including tools, frameworks, and reporting
• Drive the client feedback programme to generate actionable insights
• Support and implement CX initiatives to enhance the client journey
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
Job Requirements
• Strong experience in client programmes, BD, or relationship management
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
