Senior Communications Manager
Job Description
A leading professional services firm is seeking a skilled Senior Communications Manager to drive its brand, communications and profile. Reporting to the BD Director and managing one direct report, you will lead integrated communications across corporate, digital, media and internal channels.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver a cohesive communications strategy that supports growth and strengthens the firm’s brand.
• Lead corporate, practice and sector communications, including media engagement and thought leadership.
• Oversee digital channels and content, managing the Digital Marketing Manager and external design/PR partners.
• Deliver clear, engaging internal communications that support culture and collaboration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring consistency, quality and strategic alignment.
Job Requirements
• Significant communications/marketing/PR experience in professional services.
• Strong strategic and execution skills across digital, content and media.
• Excellent communicator with strong project management and stakeholder skills.
• Creative, commercially minded and confident managing people and suppliers.
