We are seeking a CRM Systems Manager to lead the charge in managing and enhancing the client relationship and e-marketing systems—InterAction and Vuture—at a leading global law firm. You will be a hands-on leader of a small but high-performing team. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the CRM and e-marketing platforms, ensure system data quality and compliance, and act as an internal advocate for CRM best practices across the firm. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across Business Development, IT, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring that the tools and data are aligned with business needs and opportunities.
