From embedding best-in-class BD practices to driving strategic client engagement and mentoring team members, you'll be at the heart of our business development transformation.
Responsibilities
Drive Client-Centric Growth
• Develop and implement strategic BD plans aligned with our growth objectives
• Introduce and embed innovative tools and approaches—including AI and CRM systems
• Leverage data to track performance, optimise processes, and identify new opportunities
Enable Business Development Execution
• Coach consulting teams to strengthen their BD capabilities and confidence
• Lead client listening initiatives and convert insights into commercial outcomes
• Collaborate on campaigns, events, and thought leadership that boost brand visibility
Lead and Develop Teams
• Shape the future structure and resourcing of the BD function
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture
• Ensure seamless coordination of BD efforts across European offices
Job Requirements
• Extensive experience in business development within professional services—ideally consulting
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders
• Digital fluency, with hands-on experience in CRM systems and data-led decision making
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to execute
• Experience managing or mentoring teams in an international or matrixed environment
• Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder
