Job Description
A dynamic & friendly law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across key sectors and regions. This strategic role works closely with Partners to develop market insight, shape innovative campaigns, and build lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis
• Develop sector-specific BD/marketing plans and high-impact campaigns
• Lead and support pitch activity, including strategic bids
• Build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders
• Drive regional sales initiatives and support client retention strategies
What you’ll bring:
• 5–10 years’ BD/marketing experience in professional services (law firm preferred)
• Proven track record in sales and relationship development
• Strong commercial awareness, communication, and project management skills
• Confident, self-starting mindset with experience working alongside senior stakeholders
• CIM qualification or equivalent (desirable)
