Client Experience Manager - Bath/Bristol, Oxford
Job Description
We’re looking for a Client Experience Manager to help enhance and streamline how clients interact with our firm. Working with senior stakeholders and business services teams, you’ll lead our client feedback processes, turn insights into actionable improvements, and support the development of stronger onboarding and reporting frameworks.
Responsibilities
• Manage and improve the client feedback programme and reporting.
• Help teams understand feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with business services and external partners to develop client experience projects.
• Enhance client onboarding processes and establish relevant KPIs.
• Support HR by integrating client feedback into appraisals and development plans.
Job Requirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within legal or professional services.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel a plus); knowledge of Peppermint, ClickDimensions or InDesign beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and stakeholder management.
• Positive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a busy environment.
