We are seeking a CRM Systems Manager to lead the charge in managing and enhancing the client relationship and e-marketing systems—InterAction and Vuture—at a leading global law firm.

You will be a hands-on leader of a small but high-performing team. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the CRM and e-marketing platforms, ensure system data quality and compliance, and act as an internal advocate for CRM best practices across the firm. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across Business Development, IT, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring that the tools and data are aligned with business needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CRM Systems Team (Senior Executive & Data Steward)

• Manage and optimise the CRM (InterAction) and e-marketing (Vuture) platforms

• Champion the strategic use of CRM across the firm to support business development goals

• Maintain and improve key integrations (e.g. 3E, InterAction IQ) and GDPR automation

• Deliver training, support and best practice guidance firmwide

• Ensure data quality and relevance for marketing and BD efforts

• Collaborate on partner BD reporting and client intelligence reporting

• Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders

• Contribute to firmwide data and technology projects

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in a CRM systems role within a professional services firm

• Expertise in InterAction (including Hybrid Cloud) and Vuture strongly preferred

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset

• Strong understanding of data compliance (GDPR), reporting, and system integrations

• Commercial awareness and the ability to see how CRM tools directly support growth

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
