Marketing Executive - niche law firm

Reporting to the Director of Client Development, you’ll play a key operational role in delivering the firm’s day-to-day marketing activities. While the role covers a wide range of responsibilities, you’ll also be encouraged to take ownership of projects and bring your ideas to the table. Responsibilities
• Supporting website management, digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media activity
• Drafting marketing content for social media, email communications, and website news
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of events, webinars, and broader marketing campaigns
• Maintaining the firm’s CRM system and producing reports on marketing initiatives
• Designing and updating branded materials including brochures, presentations, and bid documents
• Project managing directory and award submissions in collaboration with internal teams
• Coordinating marketing calendars and maintaining project plans
• Supporting new starter inductions related to marketing tools and systems
• Managing general marketing collateral to support business development initiatives
