Senior BD Manager - Energy/Infrastructure

Are you a senior business development and client strategy professional looking to shape growth in the global energy sector? Join a leading international law firm, and play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s strategic focus across energy markets in the UK and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement the energy industry strategy across the EMEA region, in collaboration with industry partner leads and the Projects & Energy Transition teams.
• Client Growth: Act as a strategic advisor to partners and CRMs, deepen client relationships, and manage key account planning and pipeline development.
• Market Insight: Use market intelligence, client feedback, and financial data to uncover new opportunities and lead thought leadership initiatives.
• Campaigns & Pursuits: Lead integrated business development campaigns, major pursuits, and profile-raising initiatives with support from our global pursuits, comms, and innovation teams.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage aligned team members, ensuring performance goals are achieved and professional development is supported.

• Extensive experience in business development, client relationship management or marketing within a professional services or industry setting.
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering results in a matrixed, global organisation.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills – with the confidence to act in a client-facing capacity.
