Senior Client Programme Manager - 12 month FTC
Job Description
We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Client Programme Manager to join the Client Development team of a global law firm on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a senior, high-impact position offering the chance to shape and advance client development across the business. You’ll have the opportunity to lead change, elevate client service standards and guide a talented team, all within a collaborative, supportive environment with a hybrid working model (around 60/40 office/home split).
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Client Development & Relationships, you will:
• Deliver client service excellence frameworks and advice to partners, client teams and Client Development Managers.
• Lead on key programmes covering key account management, strategic targeting, client listening, alumni, and intermediary relationships.
• Integrate client and market insights, thought leadership, and advanced account management practices into the client development process.
• Oversee integrated programmes to support intermediary and alumni initiatives, aligned to strategic ambitions.
• Champion best practice in Client Relationship Management (CRM), including our CRM system.
• Line-manage a team of Client Relationship professionals.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience supporting and managing key client programmes.
• Expertise advising senior stakeholders on managing client teams.
• A track record of developing and implementing client account plans and best practice toolkits.
• Professional services experience (law firm experience desirable).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality written outputs and presentations.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems, client data, financials and referrals processes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior level.
