Thought Leadership & Campaigns Senior Advisor
Job Description
In this pivotal role at an international law firm, you’ll lead the creation and execution of high-quality, insight-led thought leadership campaigns that align with firm-wide priorities and client needs. You'll work with stakeholders across regions and disciplines to shape compelling narratives, develop content in a variety of formats, and enhance the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor on the most pressing business issues.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of thought leadership and content strategies that support client and sector growth goals.
• Create and curate engaging, insight-driven content including articles, reports, podcasts, videos, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, PR, and corporate affairs to amplify content and integrate into broader campaigns.
• Use data insights to measure and optimise content effectiveness, tailoring messaging for global and local impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and client challenges to keep content relevant and forward-thinking.
• Maintain editorial oversight, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and strategic messaging.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure content serves as both a sales enablement tool and a reputational asset.
Job Requirements
• A degree in law, communications, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior thought leadership, content strategy, or editorial role—ideally within legal, financial, or professional services sectors.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and strategic messaging.
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and performance tracking via KPIs.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-impact content on tight timelines.
