Are you ready to take a leading role in shaping and growing strategic client relationships on a global scale? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client & Market Development Executive Manager to join a high-performing team at one of the world’s leading international law firms.

In this dynamic role, you will manage a portfolio of key global clients, drive forward client development initiatives, and be at the forefront of enhancing client experience through strategic planning, business intelligence, and collaborative execution.

What you’ll do:

• Client Relationship Management:

Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of Global Strategic Clients, overseeing client development plans and ensuring consistent engagement across global teams.

• Lead Generation & Opportunity Spotting:

Identify and pursue revenue opportunities by leveraging client intelligence, market insights, and firm-wide capabilities.

• Strategic Pitch & Proposal Support:

Work closely with pricing and pitch teams on panel RFPs and major cross-practice opportunities, ensuring tailored and competitive client solutions.

• Data-Driven Insights:

Analyse financial performance, prepare insightful reports, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability and client service.

• Client Feedback & Relationship Mapping:

Facilitate feedback reviews, track actions, and help strengthen relationships through deeper engagement and responsiveness.

• Events & Inclusion Initiatives:

Collaborate with global teams to design and deliver strategic events and inclusion-focused client initiatives that add real value.

• Best Practice & Innovation:

Share successful strategies across client teams and contribute to broader initiatives within the firm’s client development programme.
