Are you a creative, organised, and highly motivated communications professional? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international professional services firm and play a key role in delivering impactful internal communications that connect colleagues and promote business strategy. You’ll work within a growing Communications team, supporting the planning, production, and measurement of internal content across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and support a wide range of internal content, including newsletters, articles, videos, and email campaigns.

• Assist in delivering consistent, high-quality internal communications across all business areas, promoting the firm’s values and strategy.

• Act as an internal journalist, generating engaging stories and updates from offices across the UK.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with the Internal Communications Manager and Knowledge team, monitoring shared inboxes, managing digital communication channels, and providing first-line support to colleagues.

• Work with the Senior Internal Communications Executive to plan and deliver firm-wide campaigns, particularly those highlighting internal networks and values.

• Maintain and update the communications content calendar; contribute to reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and engagement metrics.

• Support collaboration with external communications colleagues to promote internal awareness of media activity, awards, and third-party recognitions.

Job Requirements

• Communications experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment.

• Proven experience working with internal communications platforms such as intranets, digital signage, and e-newsletters.

• A creative self-starter capable of turning briefs into compelling multi-format content.

• Excellent writing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and tone.

• Collaborative approach, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels.

• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive.
