Responsibilities
As a Business Development Co-ordinator, you’ll work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and Partners to support lead generation, client relationship management, and marketing initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with business development activities such as events, pitches, and client meetings.
• Conducting research to identify new leads, prospects, and market opportunities.
• Supporting account management, including preparing meeting notes and follow-ups.
• Managing firm-hosted events and local networking opportunities.
• Preparing marketing materials and mini-pitch documents.
• Helping maintain prospect pipelines and tracking BD activity.
• Supporting internal initiatives, including the regional Future Leaders programme.
Job Requirements
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience working in a legal or professional services firm.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Confidence using LinkedIn and other social media for business.
• A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
