Client Relationship Executive
Job Description
We’re hiring a Client Relationship Executive to provide hands-on support to the priority client accounts of a large US law firm. You’ll work closely with Client Relationship Managers and client teams to coordinate all aspects of client engagement, from planning and execution to follow-up and reporting.
Responsibilities
• Supporting day-to-day management of priority clients, including preparation and maintenance of client plans, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinating client-facing events such as roundtables, panel sessions, and strategic discussions.
• Assisting with thought leadership dissemination and supporting time-sensitive initiatives like panel appointments, lateral partner onboarding, and strategic pursuits.
• Capturing and analysing client feedback, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting the Client Insights programme.
• Working collaboratively across functions to ensure consistency in client-relations approaches and to build best practices over time.
