Job Description
We’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead and expand relationships within a large global law firm. This high-profile role involves partnering with Partners, Client Relationship Leaders (CRLs), and client teams to develop and execute strategic client plans that drive engagement, revenue growth, and long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Owning and managing a portfolio of priority clients within the Firm’s Key Client Targeting Program.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to Partners, providing guidance on client strategy, growth opportunities, and engagement initiatives.
• Leading high-impact client programmes, events, and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional and firmwide priorities.
• Translating client insights into actionable strategies, tracking progress, and ensuring consistent delivery of a first-class client experience.
• Supporting strategic pursuits, panel appointments, and lateral partner onboarding to maximize client value.
