CRM Systems & Intelligence Manager
Job Description
A forward-thinking professional services firm is seeking a CRM Systems and Intelligence Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of a new CRM system. You will manage the end-to-end project, from vendor selection and data migration to training and ongoing system optimisation, ensuring the CRM becomes a trusted tool for business development and client insight.
Responsibilities
• Lead CRM selection, implementation, and adoption across the firm.
• Manage data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Deliver user training and guidance to partners, fee-earners, and business services teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, IT, and finance to maximise CRM impact.
Job Requirements
• Proven CRM implementation experience in professional services (Salesforce, Dynamics, InterAction, Peppermint, Dealcloud).
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical, with experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience with eMarketing tools (e.g., Vuture) a plus.
